Video Tutorial "How to make a Blend Tag"

Here is a video tutorial on how to make a blend tag!
A Blend Tag is either a tag / forum banner / or even TL
using Tubes with NO Scrap kits!
For a blend tag you use Plug-ins, Filters, Textures, Gradients, & Blend Modes!
I know everyone creates differently but this is how I make mine!

This tutorial was recorded by myself. 
This tag is my own idea and creation.
Any similarity to any other tutorial or tag is coincidental!
